INSTRUCTIONS

FOR ACCESSING

 THE HILLARYS BULLETIN HOME PAGE

These pages are designed for the optimal viewing with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or higher but will operate satisfactorily with the latest NETSCAPE browser. Others may appear satisfactorily but have not been tested.

1. Every week I will send each member of the circulation list an email with the link to the first page of the most recent Bulletin contained in the text.

2. On receiving the email the member should "CLICK / DOUBLE CLICK" as the case may be and their browser will be activated and search for the BULLETIN HOME PAGE which is hosted on the Rotary Club of Hillarys Web Page at   www.hillarysrotaryclub.ii.net/bull.htm

3 On the page being "painted" up the member has a choice to go to each of the pages in turn to view the content. (Each page of the Bulletin has to be clicked on for viewing - i.e. the whole bulletin will not be seen at once.) This is due to the large amount of graphical content in the Bulletin which, if all on one page, would slow down the loading process. There are also a lot of links from the pages to other sites around the world so to print off the Bulletin to read would result in one missing a lot of the content.

4. If you require a printed version of the Bulletin please Click on the large window... i.e the bottom right window and then either "Click" on the printer icon or go to FILE / PRINTER and follow the instructions provided. YOU WILL NEED TO DO THIS FOR EACH PAGE.... if you do not "Click" as indicated then you will have a page which will also include the index at the Left Hand Side of the page as displayed.
